Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship across Canada. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days from dispatch (2–3 business days with Express, $12.95 CAD). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Product use

Internet Bay barefoot shoes are minimalist footwear with a thin, zero-drop sole. If you are moving from cushioned shoes, ease in gradually over one to two weeks as described in the guide supplied. If you have a pre-existing foot, ankle or gait condition, check with a health professional before switching.

Guarantee & liability

Our 30-day size-swap guarantee applies as described in our refund policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Bay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Nothing here excludes rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

Intellectual property

All content on internetbayllc.com — including product images, copy, and the Internet Bay mark — is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
