Returns, exchanges & refunds

Footwear sizing is personal, so we keep swaps simple. If your Internet Bay shoes don't fit, contact us and we'll sort out a different size.

30-day size-swap guarantee

Within 30 days of delivery you can exchange unworn shoes in their original packaging for a different size, or return them for a full refund of the product price. Try them on indoors on a clean surface — shoes with outdoor wear can't be resold and aren't eligible.

How to start a return or exchange

• Email support@internetbayllc.com with your order number, which pair, and the size you'd like instead.
• We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.

Multi-pair packs

You can exchange individual pairs from a pack. Returning enough pairs to drop below the pack size means the remaining pairs are re-priced at their single-pair rate, and the difference is deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free across Canada and arrives in 4–8 business days. The first size exchange is free; return shipping on refunds is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a pair arrives damaged, faulty, or in the wrong colour or size, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
