How do Internet Bay barefoot shoes fit?+
They fit true to size, with a wider toe box than a normal trainer. Every size on this page lists the foot length in centimetres — measure your longest foot and pick the matching length. If you're between two sizes, size up.
Do I need time to adjust to barefoot shoes?+
If you've always worn cushioned shoes, wear them for 1–2 hours a day for the first week and build up from there. Your feet and calves are doing more work than they're used to, so easing in keeps you comfortable.
Can I wear them in water?+
Yes. The upper is quick-drying mesh and the outsole is a non-slip rubber, so they work for the beach, kayaking, pool decks and river crossings as well as the gym and everyday wear.
How do I clean them?+
Rinse off sand or mud, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag and air dry. Don't tumble dry — heat can shrink the mesh.
How long does delivery take in Canada?+
